Pricing

Fees are as follows and must be paid in full BY Friday, August 31, 2019.  Subtract the deposit for balance due.   Failure to pay by due date will result in cancellation without refund.   There are a limited number of places at this cost.   These places will be filled on a first deposit basis.   After that, additional places are available at a higher cost.

4 days/3 nights 4 to a room (quad) $1825 per person
4 days/3 nights 3 to a room $1925 per person
4 days/3 nights 2 to a room $2025 per person (one queen bed)
                                                
****Trip fees DO NOT include baggage fees, meals, tips, taxi, or subway costs or any surcharges that may be added by the airline.  Should there be any travel delays that are not covered by the airline the traveler will be responsible for costs incurred.

               I am aware that this is a private trip and I accept responsibility and full liability for myself and any children traveling with me.  I will not hold the trip organizer, Donna Kirkland, responsible or liable for any occurrences while participating in this trip.  I further understand that failure to follow trip guidelines or any disruption caused by myself or one of my family member is cause to be removed from the group activities without refund.
               Airline fees, hotel fees, rooming options are all determining factors in pricing.   Pay close attention to deadlines in order to avoid surcharges and or cancellation.   Trip must be paid in full by August 31, 2018. 
IALL fees are non-refundable.

11:30 Drop Bags at hotel.  We will not check in until much later.

3:00 Rockefeller Center Area
5:00 Madame Tussaud's Museum
7:30 The Ride (Bus Tour)
9:30 Hotel Check In

Friday DECEMBER 27, 2019
  8:30 Depart for 911
  9:30-10:30 911 Museum Tour and Visit
12:00 Lunch (on your own)
  2:00  One World Observatory Area
           or Possible cruise to see Statue of Liberty (depending on timing)
Dinner
Free Night ... schedule your own free time play or activity
 

Saturday, DECEMBER 28, 2019
  9:30  Radio City Music Hall Tour
11:00  Top of Rock (Time is dependent on ticket availability.)
12:30  Lunch (on your own)
 2:30   Meet for The Tour (Bus Tour)
 3:00  The Tour
 4:30   Times Square Free Time... Dinner... (on your own) (or...I have an idea!)
 7:30   Rockettes Christmas Show (meet earlier show begins at 7:30)

Saturday, DECEMBER 29, 2019
Free day...however if you want planned activities I will have them.

                If we have not done the Statue of Liberty cruise by, today would be    
                the day.  You can follow me for more activities or you can go on your
                own to check off the last items on your bucket list.

 4:45 pm Around this time we will meet at the hotel to depart for the airport.

 8:45 pm Depart airport for New Orleans
